TERMS & CONDITIONS

* Upon enrolling in the THRIVE Membership, you will gain access to the THRIVE membership site and Office Hours calls, and to content from the month of your enrollment forward.  You will continue to have access to the membership site and receive the benefits of being a member as long as you remain a member in good standing.

* Since THRIVE is a membership site, payments will process automatically on the schedule you select at the time of initial purchase (annually/yearly or monthly).

* Through this order form, you are selecting the Annual Membership. With the Annual membership you will initially be charged $39.00 for a 1-month trial period, then one month later, you will be charged for one full year (12 months), unless you discontinue your membership seven days before your charge date.  Then twelve months after being charged the annual fee, you will be charged for another year, unless you discontinue seven days prior to that annual charge date.  You will be sent two reminders before your next annual charge date.  Your charge date will always be the same date of the month that you joined.  

For example: If you join on February 23rd with the Annual membership, you will initially be charged the one month trial fee on February 23rd, then on March 23rd you will be charged for one year, then twelve months later on the following March 23rd, you will be charged again for one year, and so on, until you discontinue your membership.

 * You will have access to your personal Account page on the THRIVE membership site where you will always be able to see a record of your charges, reference your charge date, update your debit/credit card information, and discontinue your membership when you feel the time is right for you. Please keep your card information updated, so you'll remain a member in good standing.
