Topics covered over twelve one-hour coaching meetings will be customized based on your goals and objectives, but typically include areas like mindset, staying motivated, defining direction, increasing confidence, identifying opportunities, crafting your resume, cover letters, application strategies, networking, interviewing, salary negotiation, positioning yourself for success, managing discouragement, thriving in your new position, and much more.

The Career Overhaul Coaching Program includes:

Twelve one-hour one-on-one coaching meetings by Zoom focusing on your individual objectives and goals, with the option of booking a set time every week,
Unlimited coaching by Voxer (a free walkie-talkie app) between the twelve meetings (M - F), and
Application "assignments" between the meetings, depending on your goal.

(All 12 meetings must be used by one person within 6 months of purchase, unless prior arrangements have been made at start.)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

*If opting for any monthly payments option, subsequent payment(s) will automatically be charged in 30 day intervals after
the initial payment to take care of the remaining balance, and remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the last meeting.

*All twelve one-hour consultations must be used by the same person and held within six months of initial payment (unless other arrangements are made while meeting to extend that timeframe).

*Coaching meetings will be held by Zoom and are available during business hours (Monday thru Thursday 9-6, and Friday 9-1 Central time, except for holidays), but I am happy to shift appointment times within the framework of my general business hours to accommodate your schedule. I am not able to meet on nights, weekends, or holidays, due to my family and personal commitments.

*Coaching by Voxer is unlimited - commitment is to respond within 24 hours during business hours: Monday thru Thursday 9:00-6:00pm and Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm Central time, holidays excluded. Messages received on Friday afternoon might be returned that same day, depending on the hour they are received, but commitment is to return messages during business hours.
